In 2010 I suspended my popular Blog Roll Count, stripped away the tallies and left the Blog Roll languashing through 2011. Here was the final list before I cleaned out those that had left or closed down their blogs:


In 2009 I continued my blog roll event where anyone that commented on my blog would get added to my blog roll. This was providing they had a blog to link to when I set it up. Then, I kept a tally of how many posts they commented on throughout the year. I sorted the blog roll based on that tally thus putting those who commented the most on top. I then would visit blogs based on that order. It was one tally per post. Once I updated (sometimes weekly, sometimes monthly) I would record the latest update date and then never go back earlier than that date to increase the tallies. Here were the results for 2009:
